This project is funded by SRF Sweden and it is in partnership with Tanzania Albino Society and Zanzibar National Association of the Blind of the Blind.

The main objective of the project is to improve access of quality inclusive education and health care services for people with visual impairment and people with albinism.

The project is implemented in 9 district of Tanzania. These districts include, Morogoro municipal cancel, Kilosa district, Mpwapwa district, Bahi district, Ikungi district, ZANAB Kati, kusini, kaskazini  and  and Iramba.

In ensuring people with visual impairment get access to libraries in Tanzania, the Finish library in collaboration with the Tanzania library services board and TLB are implementing this project jointly.

The main objective of the project is to make sure the Tanzanian libraries are inclusive for all including people with visual impairment.

Currently, the project is being implemented in two regions of Dodoma and Dar es Salaam.
