Building the Next Chapter of TLB
The TLB Five-Year Strategic Plan 2026–2031 defines the organization's priorities for strengthening its institutional capacity while expanding opportunities for persons with visual impairment.
The strategy was developed through consultation with TLB members, leadership, branches, wings and staff, ensuring that its priorities reflect the experiences and aspirations of the people the organization represents.
