How TLB is Governed
TLB is a membership organization whose governance structure is designed to ensure representation, accountability and participation.
Leadership structures connect the national organization with members at regional, district and branch levels, allowing priorities and experiences from communities to contribute to the direction of the organization.

How Authority Flows Through TLB
The general assembly of members is the highest authority. Each level below it answers upwards, and carries the priorities of the level beneath it.
